On May the 1st, in the Historical Park we solemnly opened the IIIrd International Exhibition of Historical Painting - Guardians of Orthodoxy.

Over 100 artists from 12 different countries around the world, at the same time, dedicated their work to creating breathtaking paintings that our visitors can see!

The opening was accompanied by a festive program.

Ivelin Mihailov - Executive Director of the Historical Park, welcomed all the guests of the event and explained why the exhibition-competition is dedicated to this topic.

His words were:

"Faith is everything. When a person believes, he is liberated from fear. When there is no fear in people, they can act truly ! Faith removes envy, removes hatred and all negative feelings! ”

At the opening, Father Nicephorus celebrated a holy water blessing for health and blessing. The priest sprinkled holy water on the exhibition and the visitors. The church choir of the church of St. Nicholas the Miraculous - Varna, performed several chants, and warriors of the Historical Park presented demonstrations of martial arts and medieval weapons.

The exhibition will run throughout May. Among the works there are already clear favorites and inquiries for sales.
