The historical park will also welcome visitors during the winter months

For those who are not afraid of the cold, love traditional family walks, individual cultural tours and like to avoid crowds of tourists, the Historical Park offers to enjoy peace and quiet among historical reconstructions and artefacts.

Here, in an atmosphere of harmony with nature, guests of the Historical Park can rediscover the charm of the winter season and learn about Bulgarian and Balkan history and culture from Prehistory to the Late Middle Ages.

 From the 14th of November, 2022 to the 1st of March, 2023, the Historical Park switches to winter mode with reduced working hours and a weather-limited format of the services provided.

Every day from 10.00 to 16.00, visitors will be able to walk in the park environment and approach part of the permanent expositions.

Temporarily, during the cold months, the operation of the restaurants and the offer of interactive activities will cease.

On Saturdays and Sundays, upon prior request, a tour guide will be available who, emphasising the most important historical and curious facts of the era, will enrich your knowledge and turn the time spent with your loved ones into a full and unforgettable one.

For all categories of visitors, the entrance fee will be halved, with gold and silver cards retaining their application levels and preferences during this time of year as well.

Adults (from 18 years): standard ticket - 25.00 levas per person, with the gold card - 10.00 per person, with the silver card - 15.00 levas /person.

Children (4-18 years): standard ticket - 12.50 levas  per person, with the gold card - 5.00 levas per person, with a silver card - 7.50 levas per person.

Family ticket (two parents and all children in the family): standard ticket - 52.50 levas, with the gold card - 22.50 levas, with a silver card - 35 levas.

Pensioners and people with special needs: standard ticket - 12.50 levas per person, with the gold card - 5.00 levas per person, with a silver card -  7.50 levas per person.

Entry for small children (up to 4 years old) remains free.
