Leaving tracks in time: Exhibition "Historical Painting"

Thanks to long-term and focused efforts, "Historical Park" JSC and "Treasure" OOD contribute nowadays to the creation of a rich material and cultural heritage.

It is an undeniable fact that the art fund of the Historical Park currently has over 300 valuable paintings, graphics, sculptures and creations.

Only here will it be possible to see the largest collection of paintings on historical themes, recreating significant events from Bulgarian history and revealing the images of our glorious rulers, warriors, clergymen and patriots.

We have been collecting the works for years and carefully protecting each one of them, because in them you can see not only dates, but the symbols and views that define the Bulgarian national identity. The emotions and ideas of the artists irradiate from them, whose mastery arouses both reflection and delight for the senses.

Complex and laborious, the process of creating works of art is based on in-depth research of themes and stories. Scholars and specialists who work in collaboration with the authors in various fields contribute to the authentic presentation of historical events and images.

Looking at these very paintings is like no other experience: it is that deeply personal conversation each of us has with the past, present and future. It is that journey through space-time, after which we are now more understanding, more sympathetic and grateful. It also brings hope for the well-being of our children.
